Day of the Dead (Día de los Muertos): Celebrated on October 31st to November 2nd, this deeply-rooted tradition honors deceased loved ones through vibrant altars adorned with marigolds, candles, photographs, and offerings of food and drinks.   4. Grito de Independencia: On the evening of September 15th, Mexicans across the country celebrate the anniversary of Mexico's independence from Spain with the "Grito," a ceremonial cry for independence. Festivities include fireworks, music, dancing, and traditional Mexican cuisine.

  5. Feria de la Mexicanidad: This cultural festival celebrates Mexican identity and heritage with a diverse program of events including music concerts, dance performances, art exhibitions, culinary demonstrations, and more. It showcases the cultural diversity and richness of Mexico through various forms of artistic expression.

  6. Semana Santa (Holy Week): Observed in the week leading up to Easter, Semana Santa is a significant religious observance in the Mexican Caribbean. It includes solemn processions, religious ceremonies, and cultural events commemorating the Passion, Death, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ.
